Everyone deserves an incredible future
Build yours as a Care Worker for vulnerable children, young people and adults
As a Care Worker or Support Worker at Outcomes First Group, you’ll work directly with vulnerable children, young people and adults to provide them with the care, support and opportunities they need to be happy, healthy and to make their way in the world.
In return, we’ll offer you all you need to provide excellent care and to have a rewarding and satisfying career. We’re committed to listening and learning from everyone, to ensure we enable people to enjoy genuinely fulfilling lives. This is why we empower and trust our Registered Managers to make decisions on referrals. “A special place to work full of care, fun and support.”
We’ll encourage you to build strong and lasting relationships with the people you support. You’ll get to know them and their families, and will be by their sides when they reach important milestones. There’s plenty of fun on offer too with day trips, activities and even time away on holiday together.
It’s important to note that the care we provide is highly specialised and tailored to children, young people and adults with a broad range of complex needs. This means we have an extensive, multi-diciplinary team who are happy to support you from Day 1. However, it also means that being part of the Outcomes First Group family is not an everyday job. There will be challenges but you will have plenty of skills and expertise around you to learn from. We will enable you to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
Helping you build your future
“When it came to training, my manager was really supportive.”
The better trained and more experienced you become, the better the service we can deliver. That’s why, whether you come to us in your first role or with many years of experience behind you, we’ll invest in your skills and knowledge.
We support all our colleagues to take accredited training programmes and make the most of our in house Learning and Talent team. With their help, you can thrive in your role and grow in your career. You only have to look at our senior management team to see that our ‘grow our own’ culture gets results, as many of our valuable senior team members have been promoted from within.

Through our nationwide network of residential homes and other services, we help to build better lives for vulnerable children and young people with SEMH, who may not have had the best start in life. These children and young people may suffer from trauma, drug abuse, sexual assault or suicidal tendencies and we tailor our care plans to each individual, empowering them, their families and communities to enjoy safe, fulfilling and rewarding lives.
We provide care to children and young people with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties to help them build their own personal success stories and achieve personal milestones. This could vary from tying a shoelace or saying their first word to achieving independent living or getting a job, they love. We share expertise and resources across a national network of schools and residential homes, where everything we do is tailored to the individual and their personal goals.
We provide specialist long-term care to adults with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities, including support for individuals transitioning from schools or other placements into adult services. We empower and train our teams to focus on developing and maintaining independence and gaining life skills for our vulnerable adults, who each have individual care plans.
